Step into the tranquility of the forest and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature. Forest bathing, or *shinrin-yoku*, is a guided practice that encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world. During this session, you’ll experience the calming effects of the forest, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Through mindful walking, sensory awareness, and quiet reflection, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected with yourself and the environment around you. All in-person events are held at the Into the Woods Sanctuary in North Franklin. You'll receive the address and details within your booking confirmation email.
