This program consists of 8 one-hour sessions that can be completed over a 3-month period. You have the flexibility to schedule them at times that work best for you, depending on availability. An average weekly cadence is recommended.
All sessions are onsite at the Into the Woods Sanctuary, located in North Franklin, and completely confidential and private.
Exercises and take home materials will be provided in between sessions. Virtual support via text/email is included.
