THE BEGINNING
I spent over a decade getting it done at Stanford University - coaching for development, building and running leadership programs, facilitating retreats, and earning my reputation. As a trauma and PTSD survivor, my self-worth had been compromised; I hustled hard. And no matter how hard I hustled, I just couldn't get there. It was never enough.
No matter what I was doing or who I was working with, I found the same pattern. We all faced this struggle—a deep sense of insecurity and lack of self-love, kept hidden behind this facade of "hustling."
Late in 2023, I reached my limit. I concluded a 14-year chapter and resigned. (Yep, just like that.) Into the Woods was born - my dream of a place where women can come to drop the hustle, let their guard down, and be seen and heard. Learn how to love themselves just as they are, no matter what.

Self-doubt is sneaky; pay attention, take inventory. Don’t let I can’t or I’m too this or that take hold.
Do the work. Practice EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Share the Love.
Stay grounded. Be present and vulnerable. Humble and kind. Hear and see others. Find the good.
Be the Change.
Walk, then talk. Encourage, inspire, and be accountable. Be your best, especially when no one is looking. Do it for you.
